We are not responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, or disputes resulting from the services, advice, or products provided by third-party professionals through the AreYouFit platform. Any such agreements or transactions are strictly between the user and the professional.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Dinonex Technologies Private Limited and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
